Family portraits start with a conversation. The work done before, during and after the photo shoot itself is a collaboration with all members of your family, with the end goal of creating images that are authentic and beautiful.
Before undertaking a family portrait photography project, I will meet your family to discuss and plan the photo shoot. I will provide you with guidance on clothing and styling. When we decide on the location, I will research the best light and time. I’ll answer your all your questions about the shoot, including the technical aspects as well as the artistic ones.
The shoot is scheduled at this meeting and designed to minimise your time commitment.
I shoot to a lap-top so that we can review all images as we go. You will leave the shoot confident we have the best portrait “in the bag”.
